When I arrived the receptionist was polite and cheerful. Warren explained carefully everything that he was going to do to get rid of my ear wax. He did a thorough job in a reassuring manner and he offered useful advice. I would certainly come to Halo again and I have no hesitation in recommending this place to others who suffer from blocked ears.

Excellent throughout. Totally professional and reassuring from making the appointment, de-waxing, hearing test, through to final payment. No pressure to purchase hearing aids but thorough explanation of my hearing ability. I'll be going back for my hearing to be monitored.

I've been coming to Halo for a while now for wax clearing via microsuction. They always do exactly what I need and I feel so much better after each visit. It's a valuable local service to have because it is no fun if your ears don't clear themselves so having the reassurance of a professional service nearby is very helpful.

A receiver on my hearing aids failed and left me without hearing in one ear. I called Halo that morning and by the afternoon the problem had been sorted. Because their shop in Berkhamsted was being refitted and refurbished, one of their lovely staff (Stacey) travelled to my home in Tring and fitted a new receiver. This is truly exceptional service! I can’t praise the team enough. Thank you all at Halo!

This is an example of first class service. Called on Tuesday and managed to get an appointment 3 days later. Warren was amazing, talked me through the process, put me at ease

This was my second visit after 15 months. I was seen promptly by a cheerful receptionist and waited no time at all. My clinician had already seen that I had been before and examined my ears quickly. Wax removal was painless and she talked me through the whole process. Highly recommend and will not wait as long 15 months again (when my hearing had become severely impeded by wax build-up).

Took my special needs son to have wax removed from his ears. Extremely professional service. Very patient with my son, explained everything they were doing so he could understand. Overall a really positive experience and would highly recommend

My 14 year old son was having problems with his ears. Ray and his team quickly arranged for my son to be seen, took time to patiently explain the problem and possible treatments, and ultimately addressed the issue. The care and attention Halo demonstrated throughout was exceptional, even to the point of making follow up calls to check how my son was. I couldn't be more impressed by the care Halo provided and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just WOW !
after having a blocked ear that was causing me a lot of discomfort and intermittent hearing for weeks, somebody pointed me in the direction of Halo Hearing Solutions.
I booked an appointment with Warren in Berkhamsted who is very professional and he managed to remove a huge piece of wax from my ear that had built up blocking my ear canal.
The relief was instant as was also my hearing returning !
He then followed up with some ear irrigation and lots of helpful advise.
I would highly recommend using Halo Hearing Solutions.

After not being able to hear at all for two weeks and being in terrible pain for several days, I booked an appointment with Warren. He immediately put me at ease and was able to completely remove a large amount of wax, allowing me to hear better than I've been able to in years! I'd definitely recommend their services!

My wife & I both attended a hearing test appointment at Halo Hearing in Berkhamsted. The audiologist was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to us. The clinic was super clean and very comfortable and inviting. Overall we had a 5 star experience and we would highly recommend them.

I took my Dad to have his ears cleaned here and I must say that we were both very happy with the service that we received. Warren was very friendly, patient and a real professional. My Dad did feel better after having his ears cleaned and Warren gave him some very good advice about caring for his ears. We never felt rushed and will definitely go back again.

I visited today, after a very quick and efficient booking... the staff were so helpful... I arrived and felt super safe and comfortable in the environment... Warren was very informative about the procedure I was about to have... do can’t tell you how AMAZING I feel since leaving today..my hearing has improved incredibly. I will be returning every year for an annual check up... do not hesitate to get booked it... I promise you will not regret it!!!

I visited Adam at Halo's Bovingdon shop a couple of weeks ago, and the service and attention to detail was first class. Before and after my audio screening Adam explained the whole process meticulously and in a very professional manner. I'd highly recommend Halo.

Attended Halo Solutions, Bovingdon today for a check and if necessary remove ear wax. As in previous visits my appointment was on time, the reception was friendly and the procedure efficient. I was very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend them to friends

Called in at Berkhamsted on the of chance i could have wax removed urgently and was told there was a cancellation at Bovingdon in an hours time . Went for it and was very pleased with the excellent treatment by Warren and the Halo staff . So glad they are a local company.

My first time time at Halo- Chorley wood. The receptionist was so friendly, big smile as I walked in. Warren was so nice, put me at ease and I felt so comfortable with him. Thank you so much for making my experience a good one. I also learned a lot about my ear. Don’t stick ear buds in them.

Friendly professional staff. Very clean comfortable environment with modern techniques and equipment clearly being used. Micro-suction procedure was carefully explained beforehand by Warren and it was all over with no discomfort. I will not hesitate to return when required.

Probably the best hearing place you will ever go to!! I have attended Chorleywood and Berkhamsted clinic for over a year now for wax removal wouldn't go anywhere else staff are so friendly and really make you feel at home.. I have also had hearing tests done by Ray who explains the process so well and never pushes to sell you hearing aids really first class service...

I love the easy and approachable service. All the staff are relaxed and helpful and the customer service is excellent - not just in the original consultation but particularly in the follow up. You can pop in for help with maintenance or to tweak the prescription and it’s a double plus to have this available locally. I have great confidence in the aids and the overall commitment to people needing help with their hearing.
